Heather's graduation

This is the whole group that came to Heather's graduation. Heather said at this point her mouth was hurting from smiling :)
The girls with Heather. I can't believe we're all looking up. :)
Chlo and her aunt Heazy
Carlee and Heazy - I love this picture - you can even see mom and grandma in the background.
Heather and her best buddy Rachel and their neices who are only 1 day apart.
Heather and her girlies
I love this picture - it shows the crazy personalities of my sister and her buddy. What goofs!
Mom and dad with Heather - I'm not a huge fan of formal pictures but sometimes that's all you get :)
Heather with the grandparents. Don't I have the cutest grandparents ever??? :)
Brian was trying to get Carlee to make a mad face for the camera - this is the best we got.
While we were waiting around (which we did a lot) Nate was playing with the girls. He was mid-flip with Carlee in this one.
They also decided to play tag - looks like Chlo got him.
My brothers are so incredible with my little ladies - They truly are a blessing!
Aren't Nate and Becca an amazing couple? I swear Becca could be a super model! :)
Jaylee was loving Brian's nose... What a nut.
We all took part in keeping Jaylee entertained for the 2 hour long graduation. She actually did really well. Probably because she didn't have to be quiet :)
Chlo and Carlee did pretty good too - probably because they got to sit by uncle Bean and Grandma and Grandpa.

Yesterday was Heather's graduation. We had a ball! I am lucky enough to still have both sets of grandparents who were actually there yesterday with us. We LOVED it! Heather did a great job and was thrilled she didnt' trip while going to get her diploma - good job Heaz! :) It was a great day and the girls even slept in this morning!

Jaylee LOVED Nate and Becca's dog Sophie
The girls were pretending to be super heroes running back to the car. SO CUTE!

Jaylee was being so silly after enjoying the water
Jaylee could be a little model!
Isn't she so cute!
Jaylee LOVED the water!
Jaylee loved the water in the Secret Garden. She got soaked as well as soaked me in the process.
Becca and I ended up each taking an end to push on the way back out of the gardens. Chlo did a GREAT job taking pictures.
Carlee preferred sitting in the stroller eating over playing in the water with Chlo and Jaylee.
The Girls!
Becca and the girls.
Grandma, Grandpa and Becca with Chlo after her graduation.
Chlo and her amazing teacher, Mrs. Ashworth
Super dad having fun with Carlee and Jaylee in Chlo's classroom.
Chlo doing some sign language in one of the songs her class presented.
Chlo showing off her cute smile and great hat.
Today has been crazy but fun at the same time. We started our day with Chloé's graduation. It was so cute! The Kindergarten classes put on a little singing program for all of us. We were lucky enough to have Grandma, Grandpa and Becca join us. Chlo did such a great job and even got a diplomoa from her teacher. Once graduation was over we came home to eat lunch then we were off to TG point gardens. We had a great time walking around seeing everything again. It wasn't as colorful today as it usually is - probably because it's in transition from tulips... Once we finished our walk around the "big gardens" the girls wanted to play in the water at the children's gardens. So we did. The girls LOVED it! Becca had never been to that part so it was an adventure for her as well. We left the gardens and headed home so Becca could get her car. We followed her back into town and watched my brothers play soccer while we ate dinner. Phew - yes, it was a long day! Not to mention I stopped by the mall to pick up a few last minute teacher/bus driver gifts. Now I'm beyond tired and ready for bed, which I actually need to do soon seeing as we have a nother fun filled crazy day tomorrow :)

Jack Daniel E. Nelson

The cute, happy family.
Isn't this so cute! Chanel is the best mom - she does such a great job with Jack!

You can already tell he's going to be a hearbreaker! :)

I have a new nephew and he is SO cute! He was actually born on May 13th but tonight was the first time we were able to see him. He was only 6 pounds 2 ounces when he was born so he's a little squirt. What a doll though! I couldn't put him down. Maybe because it was a nice break after lugging around a 24 pounder :) Congratulations Dan and Chanel - he is truly an amazingly adorable kid! Dan and Chanel are doing such an awesome job with him too. It's funny to watch their faces light up when they're talking about baby Jack. Parenthood does crazy things to us :)

Carlee's Graduation

Carlee with her Granma and Grandpa.
Carlee and her gift for Mrs. Harmon. She helped make it, it's a clipboard with decor on the back. Thanks for the great idea Min! Mrs. Harmon seemed to love it! :)
I LOVE this picture of my dad - his smile is fantastic! He always asks the girls for "loves". He's called hugs "loves" for as long as I can remember. I'm glad he's passing the memory onto my kids too!
Granma hugs are amazing! You can even see in her face how sincere she is. My girls are SO lucky!
I know this is a random picture but I had to throw it in. This is what I did with Jaylee's hair today. Even I was impressed! :)
Chlo got to sit on Grandpa's lap through the whole graduation. Lucky girl huh? :)
I love this picture too! Look at my mom's face looking at Jaye, and can you see my dad kissing her had in the background. I love my parents! :)
I was sad this picture was a bit fuzzy and that an elbow got in the way, other than that this picture is great! Carlee got to sit by her good buddy Jake during graduation - he's such a cute kid!!
During the song "red" the kids were able to wear firehats. Doesn't she make a cute fireman?
All the kids got to put their handprints on the wall. What a fun memory.
Carlee and her most fantastic teacher, Mrs. Harmon. I am truly excited Carlee gets her again next year! I wonder if she'd be okay keeping all my girls as a teacher until they graduate high school??? Have to ask her!
Huh, think Chlo was hungry??? We took her home and her blood sugars read "high" Oops :)
Jaylee also helped herself to the treats... She left quite the mess!
Jaylee had a great time in the pool today. She loved "swimming" with dad.
I totally remember when my hair would do this in the pool! Chlo was super crazy in the pool today and even tried diving off the side. She did flips and twirls and Dave even gave her "power ups" where he threw her into the water. They both seemed to LOVE it although they both complained of sore eyes later from too much chlorine...
Carlee really wanted to be brave on the diving board... She's not quite ready yet. We'll keep working on it.

Today Carlee had her first pre-school graduation. I think they really should call it an end of the year program though seeing as she'll be back in pre-school in the fall. :) It was the cutest presentation! The kids in her class are so cute! I think Carlee did the best on her solo though (I am very biased though) All the kids did great and it was fun watching them all sing their songs and do the actions. Most of the credit needs to go to Carlee's most fantastic teacher, Mrs. Harmon. She is such an amazing lady with far too many talents to list. Chlo had her as well her first year and Carlee will actually have the opportunity to have her again next year. I'm thrilled! My mom and dad were also able to come to the graduation which was such a treat! I love it that they take the time to support our cute little ones.
After the graduation, since Dave was home, we did a bit of yard work then headed to the pool for an afternoon of sunshine. It was great! We all enjoyed being able to spend time in the water messing around and having fun. I haven't taken the girls beacuse the idea of me in the pool with 3 non swimmers to watch over doesn't sound too fun! Tonight we even decided to do a BBQ since we'd already had a fun day filled with summer activities. It truly feels like a Saturday! :)
