Happy birthday!

I should have done this post several days ago but I'm a little behind this week :)  This last week my brother celebrated his 30th birthday - yes he's an old fart - but a good one :)  We were able to go to lunch with him and several of my family members.  It was so fun to spend time with them and I even found something good to order at Red Lobster (can't stand fish)  Happy Birthday Brian!  We're so glad you're in our family!

Jaylee and her many adventures

Jaylee is our most "into everything" child - she gets into EVERYTHING!  Everything from emptying drawers, movies, garbage can, pantry, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, puzzles, toys - pretty much anything she can get her hands on.  It has been rough but funny to watch - I honestly can't keep up!  This morning the little stinker wandered into my room holding a waffle... we didn't have waffles today - we had them for dinner last night!  She had gone through the garbage can and fished out the waffle and was EATING it!  I guess she couldn't wait for me to make her breakfast.  There is never a dull moment with our little one :)  Love you Jaylee!

Our Aquarium Adventure

Sticking with the amazing idea I was given to do things each week that follow the letter Carlee is learning in preschool - we decided to have an Aquarium Adventure day.  It was SO much fun!  We were lucky enough to have my brother Justin go with us - which of coarse added to the fun!  The girls had a great time looking at the fish and other sea animals as well as watching Uncle Bean touch the Stink Rays.  Very cool!  We enjoyed McDonalds for lunch before we left and Carlee Dared Bean to eat 3/4 of a burger in one bite - He DID it and Carlee was super impressed.  We had a great day learning about "aquatic life" and the letter "A".  Thanks for coming Bean!

Dave and his new car accessory - I'm still trying to figure out why there are man sized hand prints on the back of his car???  Were they trying to still his sticker???  I'm sure they're all jealous! :)

Are you ready for some FOOTBALL?!?!?

Last night was so much fun! It was the first Utah football game of the season. Unfortunatly we don't have TV at our house so we were trying to figure out how to stream it on-line... we didn't figure it out until the game was all but over... bummer but we still got to watch what we could on the Utah website and we did actually enjoy the Chicago Bears game while we were watching the digital representation of the Utah game. I'm SO ready for College football this year! We even had carmel popcorn and cracker dip just for fun. The highlight of the night for me was when Carlee said, "mom, I like the brown ones, the white ones look funny" refering to the color of the actual football players. What a nut!
