Eclipse times 2

Yesterday I was lucky enough to see Eclipse the 3rd movie in the Twilight series twice!  The first time was thanks to Chlo's ped dentist.  We love him so much and this makes us like him more!  I took Chlo and Mindy with me.  We had a blast.  I loved that our shirts matched too!
Yea, we decided to brave the midnight showing too.  It was so much fun but seeing how tired I am I won't be doing it again! :)

Cody was such a great sport and wore his t-shirt with pride.  I don't know how many times I heard him yell out "Team Edward"! :)
Had to make sure these two were embarased as much as possible - I think I was successful :)  It was such a great night and I love going to these movies with friends.  Not my favorite show in the series- but still fun!  Thanks guys!  We need to be sure to take everyone with us next time.  Felt a little empty without eveyone :)

Adventure at the aquarium

Since today is Bailey's last day with us for a while, mom decided it would be fun to take all the girls the the aquarium.  They LOVED it.  I was a total dork and asked a guy next to us if he'd take this shot of all of us.  It was such a fun group today!

I don't know if the gilrs like it when I take so many pictures - I just can't help it!  All three were slowly sliding down the frog's back - poor Carlee was holding on for dear life! :)
Carlee's favorite were the sea horses.  They are SO cute!
As always, it was fun to have Heather come with us too!
There was a boat there - and of coarse after our adventure in grandpa's boat on Monday - all the girls had to get in.
This would have been the best picture if Chlo wouldn't have been doing a doofus look. :)  They were just having so much fun!
It was fun to sit and chill a little bit while the girls played - and Bailey ate :)
Bailey played with the girls too.  It's so much fun to watch her interact with my girls.
Heather and Chlo were trying to touch the sting rays.  They were quite successful.  Jaylee was freaked out to touch them but did - Carlee said she wanted to but woulnd't and Bailey just loved watching them.  It was such a fun morning.  We're going to miss having Bailey around to play with.  I'm just glad we get to be with her and her parents again in August!  Let the countdown begin :)  Thanks for the fun day mom and dad!

Another day with the girls - and grandpa

Today we went to G&G Jackman's for some cousin pictures. My camera isn't nearly as good as my dad's but here is a preview.
Can't decide which one of these I like better...
These girls are SO cute!
We decided to shoot a few individual shots too.  Chlo said she actually liked getting her picture taken.  Can't blame her - she's so beautiful!
I can't believe how big Carlee looks in this picture.  I actually feel like she has a kid face on an adult body...   They grow up so fast! I just can't belive this beautiful thing is my little girl!
Oh, little Jaye... we had a hard time getting her smile and the socks didn't help.  The story on the socks will be to come...  She sure is cute though!
Bailey woulnd't look at the camera no matter what we did.  I still thought this shot was cute!
I finally got a smile out of her by talking about grandma's doll Sally.  Whatever works! :)
Here is the story on Jaylee's socks...  When we got to grandma's house Bailey was sleeping so the girls decided to go play outside.  It was WAY hot today so no shoes were to be found :)  Jaylee was walking up my parent's backyard steps and they have a metal landing... Yep - you guessed it.  Within the 5 seconds she was standing on the steps before grandpa could grab her she had second degree burns on her feet.  We ended up soaking them in cold water for close to 2 hours!  Poor kid.  She finally screamed herself to sleep.  Thank goodness for grandpa steping in to help with the soaking!
I can't believe I didn't flip this picture... DUH.  Jaylee looked so peaceful after her injury I had to get a close up :)
Grandma helped patch up her injury with neosporin a bandaid and some gause.
Even grandpa joined in on the fun.
Dave thought it would be a good idea to drain the blisters to help her walk... yea, even after a few pokes the blister stayed the same horrific size.  Poor kid.  Can you see the blisters even on her toes?  The other foot is a little better - but not much!  Dang!  Over all though it was a way fun day.  We even came home and had grandma's homead bread and I did steak.  Yum! :)

Boating for FHE

We were invited to go boating with my family on Monday night.  We had a blast!
The girls wanted to get in the water so bad but it was WAY too cold.
Chlo loved chilling in the driver's seat.
So did Carlee.
Chlo got to sit in the front with the big girls. She really enjoyed it.
Carlee followed the big girls and Chlo and put her arms up on a big turn. It was silly to watch Carlee slide from one side of the seat to the other. She's so tiny! :)
Isn't this a great shot!  Heather took this of Chlo and Becca.  Love it!
It was fun to hang out with little Bailey too.  She loved the boat tons too!
Heather decided to brave the cold and did a great job!
Jaylee loved the boat too.  As a matter of fact the girls were playing barbies yesterday on a blanket and said they were pretending to be on a boat. :)
I loved this picture.  It's Heather with the spray of the boat in front!
Jaylee braved the water herself.
Dad was totally in his element!  We're so happy we were able to go play with them for FHE!  We're hoping to go with them again soon!

More fun

One of Chlo's best buddies had his birthday on Friday.  We were invited to celebrate with him and his cute family by going to the Children's Gardens at TG point.  It was SO much fun!  The kids loved it.
While we were in St. George Chlo caught a really cool beetle to give Cyrus for his birthday.  He LOVED it! :)

I love the look on Chlo's face.  These two are so cute together! They talked about wanting to have a sleepover too.  Cy was saying they could zip two sleeping bags together so they could cuddle all night.  I honestly can't get enough of this kid!  He is a doll!
This is Cy's mom - Robyn.  She has to be one of the most amazing mothers I've ever met!  She's fantastic with her kids and has SO MUCH PATIENCE!  She's one of those "love to hate" type of people.  Looks, personality, kindness - everything!  I'm so happy to call her my friend :)
For lunch we stopped by the deli.  Hether has a summer job there this year so we were able to see her.  It was awesome!  She is well liked there for sure.  We even got to spend her break with her.  We're so lucky!

Had to take a picture of this.  Jaylee is OBSESSED with her flip flops.  This is a look that will never leave the house!  She was wearing socks so she could slide down her slide faster and she lost her shirt due to her blowing bubbles in her monkey yogurt (yogurt milk) and having most of it go down her shirt :)  What a nut!
Jaylee is also still enjoying her birthday balloons.  Her spongebob balloon has lost enough air that he's skimming the floor.  Jaye loves it because he's just her size.  She was taking him for a walk yesterday.  Cracks me up!

Sister's trip to St. George

This week we were able to go to St. George once again.  We love these trips so much but this one was extra special.  We were able to go with my mom and the Jackman sisters.  It was amazing!  My girls loved every second spent with their grandma, aunts and cousin.
First thing was first - had to get some groceries.  Jaylee and Bailey had a great time!
Of coarse we had to do some swimming.  Bailey LOVED it!
This trip was extra special since Julie and Bailey came with us.  This was their first time at the house and it was fun to get to know Bailey better!
This picture may not seem to be a big thing - but it's HUGE!  Carlee has never intentionally put her head under water.  Thanks to my mom's wonderful help, Carlee did it!  She was thrilled!
Chlo tried her hand at snorkling.  She loved that too.  I was impressed at how well she did.
Bailey got her first serious head injury.  She fell and hit her head on the coffee table.  Poor thing!
Grandma made us some delicious smoothies for breakfast.  Grandma says it tastes better if you drink them in cute dishes.  Boy - is she right or what??
We went on a little hike in Snow Canyon on Tuesday morning.  It was beautiful!
The girls loved to explore the strange rocks.
All the Jackman Cousins
The three Jackman Sisters.  Am I lucky or what??
Heather attempted to scale the rock wall.  Huh, funny thing is she's really only a few feet from the ground.  This is what we call trick photography :)
This trail was called the Pioneer trail.  I guess there were supposed to be pioneers who had carved their names in the rock.  Chlo and Grandma wanted to write down the names they found.
I guess you could call these girls "modern pioneers" :)  Heather lead the pack in writing her name on the wall.
Jaylee even added art of her own.
I love going places with my adorable girls.  They are so fantastic!
Heather thought she'd be funny with my camera and take a few random shots.  I think they turned out cute! :)
After the hike we went to the city center to play in the water there.  Bailey was sporting a new swim suit.  She was adorable!
We loved spending some time in the little man made river.
Heather got an awesome action shot of Carlee.  Check out that jump!

This picture looks worse than it is.  Jaylee actually stepped off this and DIDN'T fall!
It is pretty rare for me to catch a true smile from my girls - this one was perfect!
Heather and Chlo decided to start a water fight with mom - They had a blast!
Not only does the city center have a little river - they have the water fountain!  It was so fun!
Chlo was TICKED about getting her picture taken and would actually run and hide any time she saw the camera.  I did get this picture of her which I think is adorable!  I'm sad she doesn't like her picture taken - she's so beautiful she needs to have it taken often :)
Yes, my mom has to be one of the most daring people I know!  As a side note - that water is COLD!
Bailey liked touching the water but wasn't too interested in going in - can't say I blame her :)
Jaylee was showing Heather that her finger got wet...  I love Heather's face, not to mention Jaylee's cute little fingers :)
Mom suckered Heather into waiting for the water in the middle.  Of coarse, Jaylee didn't have much choice.  It was awesome to watch!
It was good to warm up after being in the cold water.
This was such a precious picture.  Jaylee loved the little statue and immediatly gave it a kiss.  What a sweet soul!
We weren't going a million miles an hour the whole time - just most of it :)  The girls did take a break to play barbies and had a great time. This was Jaylee's first time playing barbies.  She was so excited the big sisters let her play.
Bailey was having a tough time on this trip - naps were not to be had and sleeping in a hot room didn't help.  Julie went on a walk with mom to get a sanity break and Bailey started smiling and laughing.  Little pill!  Sometimes I think kids do this to their mother's just to taunt them.  Goof ball! :)  She is a super smart kid and it was fun having she and Jaylee interact.  Jaylee came home knowing tons more words and loves books more than ever!  Thanks Bailey!
I got Jaylee these sunglasses this trip and she loved them.  She looks like a little diva :)
Wednesday night we were able to go to the Tuachan theater.  It was amazing!  We saw... Tarzan.  It was so great!  The special effects were spectacular and the acting was awesome!  The one downer was the fact that it was SO SO SO windy!  On a side note - I forgot to take my camera with us which I'm still kicking myself for - Julie and I were able to go to the St. George temple.  We missed the session so we decided to do inititories.  It was so much fun to talk to the workers there (since we waited an hour to start).  What amazing people work at the temple.  I can't wait until I'm in a situation to do that myself!  Julie and I were even lucky enough to go into the celestial room.  It was beautiful.  I still can't belive the early saints were able to build that beautiful temple!  I was lucky to be able to attend.  After the temple we went to Big O to get a flat fixed.  I have NEVER had worse service!  They told us it would take about 30-45 minutes.  An hour and a half later Julie noticed the hood of the car was up??? What in the???  They said they were just topping off the fluids... It still took them another 30 minutes to finish.  We were SO mad!  The tire was fine and Julie and I were able to have some great talking time - but I really don't like to spend my time in a stinky Big O.  Oh well :)
The girls really enjoyed it too- although after the 20 minute delay due to wind (which didn't help) the play was long and Carlee got tired.  I actually think she fell asleep in her seat for a little bit.
Carlee slept for a large chunk of the ride home.  Jaylee was actually doing pretty good.  She didn't want to have her picture taken.  Dang! :)
Chlo did a great job entertaining Bailey on the ride home.  She taught her to say "nana" (or bananna as we know it).  Bailey was laughing so hard!  Poor Bailey decided not to sleep on Wednesday night.  At 2am Julie and I were moving her porta crib into our room to see if it would help her... yea, not really.  She tossed and turned and eventually woke up for the day at 6 am... Julie is a trooper - that's for sure!  She has to be one of the most patient moms I've EVER met!  She was amazing!
So, we had a fantastic trip!  I already miss the other ladies!  I even woke up last night wondering around the house confused at where I was and where my sisters and mom were.  Yea, I must have been really tired :)  Thanks for the fun trip ladies!  Love you forever! xoxo
