It was time for our annual Jackman Christmas Candy making day. We had SO much fun! We made nut melbas (chocolates filled with amazing cream and dipped in almonds), bratzlies (a flat swiss cookie) English toffee and peanut brittle and my brother Justin's favorite, sweet treat.
Jaylee thought it was the coolest thing to be surrounded by treats. I honestly can't believe my girls didn't come home sick! :)
This is the girls first time actually helping with the bratzlies. Even Jaylee helped roll the dough.
Dave's favorite Christmas treat is Peanut Brittle. We totally hooked him up!
Mom had borrowed some bells from a friend so the girls could play some Christmas songs. We took a little break and played with them for a bit.
Nut Melbas are always fun! Chocolate usually gets everywhere! Love it! Carlee and Chlo turned out to be quite the candy makers.
When Bean (Justin) got to grandma's after work he had the girls help make his favorite, sweet treat. Jaylee loved sharing it with him. He's such a nut! xoxo
OH!! Aren't they SO cute?? I love watching these two together.
Candy day with Grandma was a HUGE success. Thanks mom, for hosting such an amazingly fun event!
