Disneyland day 1 part 2

After doing Fantisy land we hopped onto the toon town bus and enjoyed a ride around Disneyland.  It was actually really nice to sit for a change :)
Jaylee was tuckered out and finally fell asleep.  Even though it was only a few minutes :)
The girls thought Toon Town was great!  They loved all the bright colors and fun oversized stuff.
Carlee was the only one who wanted to ride in the car... Yikes, Carlee behind the wheel... scary! :)
Next we waited in line to see the famous Mickey Mouse!  His house was great and had lots of things to touch and look at.  Even once we got to the waiting room to see Mickey they had Mickey cartoons playing.  So smart!  The girls loved it!
We finally got to meet "the man".  The girls decided, after we had met 4 princesses and 2 fairies, they wanted to have an autograph book...  So Mickey was their first signature.  Perfect, if you ask me, although I was bummed they missed the signatures of the other characters...
Jaylee decided she wanted this HUGE red ring to take home.  She found it in a gift shop and didn't want to take it off.  Even though we knew it would be lost quickly, we got it for her.  She actually got it all the way home before she lost it :)
Meeting Minnie Mouse was next.  The girls were excited to see her and to see what was in her house.
Dave was done with line waiting again and ate a snack and waited for us to be done.
Jaylee LOVED Minnie's house!  Her favorite part was having a tea party with her sisters.  She talked about it the rest of the day.
Goofy was our last find of the day.  He was a hard one to catch.  I was excited to get him though.  Carlee was sick of pulling her book in and out so didn't bother.  Oh well :)  I love Chlo's face in this picture.  What a doll!  The funiest part about this was there was another guy there with his daughter - he tried to shove her in next to Goofy to get a picture - all his pictures will have Chlo in them too and Goofy looking at my camera...  Poor kid :)
We went back to catch our bus at about 4.  The bus ride home was REALLY long!  It took us about 15 minutes to get to Disneyland but over 45 to get home!!
All the cousins loved playing with the cones at the stop.  I'm sure it was a relief to be able to run around and be silly after waiting in lines all day. :)
It was such a great day - even though the kids decided they didn't like the rides as much as the characters :)  For dinner Marsha took us to a Mexican Resteraunt.  It was fair...  The best part was the company.  It was fun to have dinner all together.  I was just ready for an uneventful night of sleep in a normal sized bed!  My wish was granted! :)
